Unknown Company is hiring a SVP, Escrow (Remote Possible)

First American (India) / ServiceMac seeks an SVP, Escrow to direct the day-to-day operations of a significant segment of the organization. You will be responsible for implementing strategic goals and ensuring high-quality service in a non-manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Implement and direct goals, objectives, and work standards for a large department or small functional unit.
• Apply and develop policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate the activities of professional, technical, and office support staff.
• Contribute to departmental quality by developing work teams and recommending improved processes.
• Administer the functional unit’s annual and strategic goals.
• Direct staff selection and provide for training and professional development.
• Confer with Senior and Executive Management on departmental requirements and solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple functions.
• Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans.
• Proven success meeting diverse employee needs while driving team performance and allocating resources.
• Broad knowledge of field-specific principles and procedures to complete complex projects.
• Experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure.
• Progressive experience leading employees in multiple locations and implementing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with solution thinking, time management, and project management skills.
• Leadership skills that drive employee commitment and empower teams.

Nice to Have

• An advanced degree is preferred.

Team & Environment

Typically has a minimum of 3-6 mid to high level exempt direct reports. You will be responsible for a department or functional unit that significantly impacts other units, and you will report directly to Senior and Executive Management.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation range: $151,575.00 - $202,100.00
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO/paid sick leave.
