Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook sushi dishes using traditional techniques.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all sushi dishes meet high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of other Japanese dishes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house staff.
