Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. is hiring a Survey Crew Chief for our Towson, Maryland office. In this role, you will perform boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using automated instrumentation, with a strong understanding of construction plans and stakeout techniques.
What You'll Do
- Perform as a one-person crew utilizing state-of-the-art robotic and GPS equipment
- Conduct construction layout and survey calculations
- Perform boundary and title surveys
- Execute topographic surveys and data collection
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work as a one-person crew using robotic and GPS equipment
- Working knowledge of construction layout, cut sheets, survey calculations, and data collection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Survey Crew or Party Chief

- AutoCAD experience
