American Medical Technology Inc. (AMT) is hiring a Surgical Associate Sales Representative to support the growth and strategy of our Surgical Division. In this role, you will assist in customer development through a combination of inside sales activities, account management, and the creation of sales tools.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Surgical Sales division by setting up appointments in focus areas.
- Compile and forward sales leads to the Surgical Sales team.
- Assist in generating additional sales of AMT surgical products.
- Assist in creating sales and marketing tools for AMT surgical products.
- Perform in-service training and provide case coverage when needed.
- Travel as needed and attend at least one tradeshow or conference.
- Assist with sales documents and generate miscellaneous sales reports.
- Develop and maintain product and market knowledge.
- Perform general office and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- An understanding of contract administration.
- Business acumen with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate figures, apply concepts of algebra and geometry, and work with probability and statistics.
- Ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and draw valid conclusions.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to communicate effectively, complete complex analysis, read and interpret materials, develop a team, ensure policy compliance, and troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to use computer equipment and knowledge of modern business communication and office procedures.
- Skill in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience.

- Compensation: $50,000 per year.
