About the Role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Support Services Admin to provide exceptional service to commercial and residential customers. You will be a key support for Branch Managers, Technicians, and the internal Support Services team, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction through meticulous administrative work.

What You'll Do

  • Perform data entry for new contracts, job sales, and product sales into CRM software.
  • Upload and file customer contracts and handle customer account maintenance.
  • Manage daily and month-end invoicing, ensuring accuracy and processing credit memos.
  • Upload invoices to customer third-party portals and handle physical mailings.
  • Create custom Excel reports for customers and verify service ticket accuracy.
  • Process credit card payments and assist in resolving customer disputes.
  • Submit vendor invoices for payment via Coupa and monitor weekly route completion reports.
  • Compile production and sales commission reports and assist Sales Reps with CRM lookups.
  • Track business and technician license renewals and assemble customer logbooks.
  • Handle general shipping and receiving duties.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Able to quickly learn and use multiple computer systems.
  • Excellent proof-reading abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to exercise tact and diplomacy with others.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanour.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Vendor Portals.

Team & Environment

You will work directly with and support Branch Managers, Technicians, and other members of the Support Services team.
