Epicor is looking for a Support & QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our ERP customizations. In this role, you will be the key investigator for technical issues, building test environments and deploying solutions to validate fixes before they reach our customers. You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Developers to diagnose problems and enhance system performance.

What You'll Do

Investigate, diagnose, and report issues related to ERP customizations.
Determine if issues are related to custom solutions, general product functionality, or data/user error, documenting any missed steps.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to resolve reported issues.
Build dedicated test environments for validation.
Deploy custom solutions into the test environment.
Perform manual testing of ERP customizations against agreed-upon designs and storyboards.
Complete all test documentation in alignment with the designs and storyboards.
Support the development of automated testing scripts for continuous coverage.

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience in a Support, consulting, or QA role working with Epicor Kinetic ERP or an equivalent system.
Functional knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or finance processes and modules.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and design specifications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work office-based or remotely.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Nice to Have

2+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
University degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based testing frameworks like WebDriver.IO, Cypress, or Playwright.
Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and test management platforms.
Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and SQL for backend validation.
