hey contact heroes GmbH is looking for a Support Financial Consultant (m/w/d) to help customers navigate the research allowance process. You will join a company focused on excellence and customer orientation, working in a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Support customers in identifying eligible personnel costs and expenses within the framework of the research allowance.
- Create, complete, and review financial documents to justify the applied-for funding in a traceable manner.
- Accompany customers during inquiries from the tax office and support communication with authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation for the tax administration and record relevant processes.
- Support and monitor tax audits by German tax authorities to ensure smooth processing.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, business law, financial management, or a comparable field.
- Alternatively, training as a tax specialist, accountant, or in a similar commercial field.
Nice to Have
- Ideal first experiences in the area of funding, finance or tax, or in the processing of investment and innovation projects.
