CreamTeam SA is hiring an ERP Specialist (IT-ES-01) to optimize our ERP systems, directly enhancing operational efficiency and business growth. In this role, you will provide critical support, training, and troubleshooting while collaborating closely with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide first level ERP support to end users via email, phone, and remote connection.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP error codes and functionality issues.
- Serve as an internal expert on ERP workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Provide onsite and remote training to end users on new ERP features and functionality.
- Create and update comprehensive ERP process documentation.
- Track all inquiries and provide proactive feedback and recommendations to IT and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments as a team to maintain smooth ERP operations.
- Create and maintain Master Data Records in the ERP system.
- Create and maintain Commercial Policies in the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot connection problems between ERP installations and sites.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Technology, Informatics, or Programming.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an IT Department.
- Fluent professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Entersoft (ERP).
- Proven ability to solve issues and manage time effectively.
- Strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
