About the Role

Zuma is seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and solve complex customer issues. You will be a key part of ensuring our customers’ success and product reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported technical issues efficiently.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex bugs or product gaps to the engineering team.
  • Manage customer communication and set clear expectations on resolution timelines.

  • Proven experience providing technical support for software products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
