About the Role

  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex bugs or product gaps to the engineering team.
  • Manage customer communication and set clear expectations on resolution timelines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
