At Solenis, we make a difference. We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our industrial water treatment team, where you will be the primary on-site support for our clients, ensuring their treatment chemicals and equipment are used effectively and safely.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary on-site support for clients, ensuring the safe and effective use of treatment chemicals and equipment.
- Work with Sales Account Managers to design and implement treatment programs.
- Communicate account activity and outcomes to sales management.
- Identify and assist with growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Perform routine service visits and testing to maintain effective treatment programs.
- Generate and distribute detailed reports after each service round.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with technical issues at customer sites, bringing concerns to the customer's attention and collaborating on corrective action plans.
- Ensure Sales Account Managers are kept fully informed of all activities and follow-ups.
- Assist with data analysis to evaluate program performance.
- Participate in technical training to advance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industrial experience.
- A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
- A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $75,900.00 - $126,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses.

Work Mode
This position is based locally, requiring regular travel within the country to client sites.
