About the Role

The Support Engineer will serve as a key technical contact for resolving system issues, supporting both customers and internal teams. This role involves diagnosing problems, maintaining system reliability, and contributing to long-term improvements in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by users
  • Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain system uptime through proactive monitoring and alerts
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve bugs
  • Document technical issues and their corresponding solutions
  • Provide guidance to customers on optimal use of systems
  • Assist in deploying updates and patches across environments
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between platforms
  • Follow established protocols for incident management
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical support needs
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
  • Track and report on key support metrics and performance
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to technical platforms
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues
  • Support internal teams with technical troubleshooting
  • Maintain knowledge base articles for common issues
  • Work cross-functionally to improve product reliability
  • Escalate complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
  • Monitor system health and performance indicators
  • Assist in testing fixes before production deployment
  • Communicate status updates during active outages
  • Follow change management procedures for system modifications
  • Identify opportunities for automation in support workflows
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across client accounts
  • Adapt to evolving technical environments and tools
