About the Role
The Support Engineer will serve as a key technical contact for resolving system issues, supporting both customers and internal teams. This role involves diagnosing problems, maintaining system reliability, and contributing to long-term improvements in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by users
- Respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain system uptime through proactive monitoring and alerts
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve bugs
- Document technical issues and their corresponding solutions
- Provide guidance to customers on optimal use of systems
- Assist in deploying updates and patches across environments
- Troubleshoot integration issues between platforms

- Participate in on-call rotations for critical support needs
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Track and report on key support metrics and performance
- Assist in onboarding new clients to technical platforms
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues
- Support internal teams with technical troubleshooting
- Maintain knowledge base articles for common issues
- Work cross-functionally to improve product reliability
- Escalate complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
