FORM is looking for a Support Analyst to join our Customer Team. This role is dedicated to providing high-quality customer support and championing operational excellence (OpX) within our support processes.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer support through designated channels.
- Identify, analyze, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Customer Team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge bases.
- Monitor support metrics and report on performance and trends.
