Kellanova is hiring a Supply & Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will utilize advanced supply planning reports and tools to generate valid planning proposals, enabling fact-based decision-making to meet service and financial targets. What You'll Do
- Create regular and accurate data and analytical reports to support other functional roles in delivering Supply Planning Processes.
- Support Category, GBS, and Plant Processes by ensuring KPI-focused dashboards are available to provide timely, quality data.
- Prepare data analysis and share insights around non-complex scenario planning to enable swift and efficient decision-making.
- Provide an analytical and data-based approach to key Planning Processes, including Additional Volume Requests, Weekly Direction Settings, and Sales & Operations Planning and Execution.
- Provide input into root cause analysis reviews to understand post-analysis around areas affecting service and to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related).
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate.
- Proven experience in the supply chain planning domain and performing data scientist activities.
- Familiarity with using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO) and Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of database design, Visual Basic for Excel, and Power BI.
