Pearl Talent is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for a fast-growing US-based snack brand. In this role, you will be central to the supply chain, ensuring products move from fulfillment centers to customers, retailers, and distributors accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Manage all Sales Orders (SOs) from receipt to delivery across DTC, wholesale, Amazon, and broker channels.
- Oversee day-to-day domestic outbound freight coordination and shipping workflows.
- Troubleshoot real-time shipping and fulfillment issues with carriers, 3PLs, and partners.
- Ensure OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) compliance for all outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, and routing compliance for key retailers and distributors.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for fulfillment and warehouse partners.
- Manage and build strong relationships with freight forwarders and carriers, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Track, evaluate, and improve 3PL KPIs and performance.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to scale outbound fulfillment and 3PL workflows.
- Own freight cost tracking, reporting, and optimization strategy.
- Report on freight KPIs and performance metrics regularly.
- Audit carrier and fulfillment invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with sales, distributors, and retailers to meet requirements and timelines.
- Resolve shipping issues and escalations quickly.
- Support product and operations teams with compliance checks, new items, and systems updates.
- Forecast shipping needs for new product launches and retail campaigns.
- Own fulfillment technology platforms and ensure smooth functionality.
- Support operations team with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in CPG in a fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain coordination role.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel logistics (brokers, retailers, DTC, Amazon, eCommerce).
- Experience managing 3PLs and fulfillment centers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP Systems (e.g., Cin7), EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce), Financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with major retail partners (UNFI, KeHe, Target, Costco, Faire, Amazon, etc.).
- A deep appreciation for dad jokes.
