As a Supply Chain Consultant, you'll play a key role in reshaping how businesses manage their end-to-end supply chain operations. You'll work directly with clients to identify inefficiencies, define strategic goals, and lead initiatives that improve performance, reduce costs, and enable innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess and redefine their supply chain strategies, focusing on planning, operations, distribution, and organizational transformation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes across industries including life sciences, food & beverage, and manufacturing to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead interactive workshops to understand client challenges, align stakeholders, and uncover actionable insights
- Collect and interpret critical data to inform decision-making, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement
- Collaborate with clients to develop concept books that outline new processes, organizational models, and implementation pathways
- Support end-to-end implementation, guiding teams through change and ensuring a structured transition to improved ways of working
