Avalere Health is looking for a Supervisor, Search Engine Marketing to lead and optimize our paid search initiatives. In this remote role, you will be a key player in developing and executing SEM strategy to support our mission in the health sector.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid search (SEM) campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to drive strategic decisions and meet KPIs
- Provide mentorship and guidance on best practices for search engine marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with broader marketing and client objectives
- Stay current with search platform updates, industry trends, and healthcare marketing regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing paid search campaigns in a professional marketing environment
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and campaign analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a remote setting

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in or near Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC.
