Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Supervisor of Ramp & Passenger Services to manage, coordinate, and control the full scope of airport activities. You will direct personnel and oversee staffing, training, and compliance to ensure safe, timely, and efficient operations. The scope and focus of this role will adapt to the size and needs of the specific station.
What You'll Do
- Perform all aspects of passenger and ramp operations, including ticketing, baggage check-in, flight dispatch, and resolving passenger issues.
- Manage baggage service functions, including filing loss, damage, and pilferage claims.
- Direct personnel, monitor work quality and quantity, and coordinate with catering, fueling, and maintenance departments.
- Oversee staffing requirements and participate in hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, standards, contractual agreements, and all TSA security legislation.
- Maintain budgetary controls, manning requirements, and audit compliance.
- Administer practices in a fair and equitable manner and report to work on a regular and timely basis.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and training; or an equivalent combination.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and days off.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a high noise level environment.

- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Work Mode
