Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is looking for a Supervisor IQOS Coach to lead our mission of evolving adult smokers. In this role, you will guide a team of coaches to achieve ambitious conversion goals through memorable and responsible consumer experiences, contributing to our company-wide transformation toward a smoke-free future.
What You'll Do
- Lead and energize a team of IQOS Coaches, guiding them to find the ideal consumer at the perfect place and time.
- Generate memorable, responsible, and highly effective interactions.
- Drive commercial results and achieve ambitious conversion goals for both Guided Trials and sales.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience leading field sales teams of between 8 and 14 people.
- Proven leadership: ability to motivate, coordinate, and develop high-performance teams.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency with the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Key skills: effective communication, empathy, and a great capacity to adapt to changing environments.
Team & Environment
You will be responsible for leading a team of 8 to 14 IQOS Coaches.

This is a local-city role based in CDMX.
