Superside is looking for a Customer Enablement Lead to champion customer success and maximize the value clients derive from our services. You will be instrumental in ensuring customers are fully equipped to leverage our platform effectively, driving adoption and long-term satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer enablement programs and strategies
- Create and deliver training materials, resources, and documentation
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align on customer goals
- Analyze customer usage data to identify adoption barriers and opportunities
- Lead initiatives to improve onboarding and ongoing education for key accounts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer enablement, customer education, or similar role
- Strong ability to translate complex product features into actionable customer value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience creating scalable enablement content and programs
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring program impact and success
