BeOne Medicines I GmbH is offering a summer internship for a Global Quality Strategy and Business Operations Intern. This remote role focuses on implementing the company Culture of Quality Program, enhancing communication strategies, and creating a storyboard for the Quality department. You will contribute to meaningful projects that shape our culture and engage in cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Focus on implementation of the company Culture of Quality Program.
- Enhance the Quality communication strategies, including webpage, newsletters, and informational sessions.
- Create a storyboard for the Quality department.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that shape and enhance the culture of quality.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, building professional relationships across different areas of the company.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing an undergraduate, masters, or PhD in a relevant subject.
- Expert experience with digital media software such as Sway, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Sharepoint, and Clipchamp.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to think strategically to develop a comprehensive program leveraging personal expertise and colleague feedback.
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently schedule meetings and facilitate data collection and analysis.
- Experience with graphic design and content creation.

Team & Environment
This is an independent contributor role within the Quality department.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Bachelors: $27/hour USD; Masters: $30/hour USD.
