The YMCA of Southwest Florida is looking for a Summer Camp Counselor and Coordinator to join a supportive team dedicated to youth development. In this role, you will work directly with campers to foster a safe, inclusive, and dynamic environment every day.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, engage, and inspire campers throughout the camp day.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp experience for all participants.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Willingness to follow all YMCA and DCF policies and attend required training courses.
