Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of commercial campaigns, including timelines, tasks, and interdependencies, ensuring alignment across departments such as Content, Design, and CRM
- Generate and maintain operational tickets with clear specifications and current status updates to support efficient execution
- Supervise the development and approval process for marketing assets, including version control, stakeholder input collection, and pre-launch quality assurance checks for links, placement, and adherence to guidelines
- Enhance and maintain consumer-facing digital content areas like Online Magazines by improving organization, readability, and information completeness
- Perform routine content audits and assist in basic performance tracking to uncover opportunities for optimizing the customer experience
