Shape the future of enterprise learning by leading strategy, operating model design, and solution innovation within a large-scale organization in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of vision and execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to define how learning functions can become more effective, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.
Strategic Leadership & Advisory
Partner with learning and business executives to guide the evolution of learning strategy. Deliver practical insights on transformation initiatives, capability development, and solution direction. Support decision-making with clear analysis, balanced trade-offs, and actionable recommendations tailored to organizational complexity.
Operating Model Design
Own the end-to-end design and integration of the learning operating model. Define service structures, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working that ensure consistency and efficiency. Develop process documentation including workflow maps, RACI charts, and operational guidelines to support clarity and adoption.
Solution Innovation & Implementation
Evaluate and pilot new learning approaches, technologies, and delivery models for scalability and impact. Prioritize innovations based on business value and feasibility. Contribute to AI-driven automation and technology-enabled workflows that enhance learning operations. Lead exploratory initiatives and support teams in adopting new tools and processes in practical, sustainable ways.
Design Quality & Capability Building
Establish and maintain standards for learning design across all solutions. Review and refine designs to ensure they are evidence-based, user-centered, and effective. Work closely with design teams to improve quality and consistency. Mentor team members to strengthen overall capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Alignment
Lead co-design workshops and working sessions with enterprise stakeholders and internal teams. Facilitate discussions that clarify priorities, dependencies, and key decisions. Drive alignment across diverse groups and ensure outcomes are clearly captured and communicated. Support teams in transitioning from current practices to more scalable, efficient ways of working.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in learning strategy, consulting, transformation, or operating model design
- Proven track record in complex enterprise learning environments
- Experience designing practical, adopted operating models and workflows
- Strong facilitation skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
- Hands-on familiarity with learning technologies, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
Work Environment
This is an onsite role requiring regular presence at client facilities in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with expectations of 4–5 days per week on-site. Local employment in the UAE is required, aligned with regional regulations.
