What You'll Do

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a venture-backed startup, management consulting, or financial services
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in data tools like SQL or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and residency within the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in analytical or strategy-focused roles
- Advanced degree such as an MBA
- Technical proficiency in SQL or Python

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $130,000 to $230,000, plus equity. Additional benefits include health coverage, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, and support for remote work setup.
