CrowdStrike is looking for a Strategic Projects Manager, Cloud Alliances to lead and oversee end-to-end project management for our strategic cloud partner initiatives. This role drives the execution of alliance strategies that directly shape CrowdStrike's competitive positioning within cloud ecosystems, serving as a critical bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders on large-scale, cross-functional projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project management for strategic cloud partner initiatives.
- Ensure critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional launch teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage senior level project/program communication and status reporting.
- Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic launch plans.
- Embrace the challenge of working in an evolving and nascent process, demonstrating a passion for iteration and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in a program/project management capacity, alliance management for AWS or Google partnerships, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Marketplaces, SaaS go-to-market strategies, and cloud economics.
- Seasoned team player that manages and alleviates persistent obstacles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount.
- Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team.
- Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions.
- Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
Nice to Have
- PMI or Agile Alliance (or equivalent) certification.
- M&A and SaaS experience.
- High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.
