This role is responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with digital-native companies, guiding them from initial engagement through platform adoption and ongoing growth. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic sales expertise to drive revenue and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within high-growth digital-native organizations
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Lead sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with solutions engineers to demonstrate platform capabilities
- Understand customer use cases and align them with product offerings
- Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to audience needs
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain up-to-date pipeline records
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff to customer success teams
- Advocate for customer feedback within product and engineering teams
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Drive expansion within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers
- Articulate technical value propositions to non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple concurrent deals at various stages
- Use data to prioritize prospects and guide outreach strategy
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's platform architecture
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying ideal customer profiles
- Participate in customer onboarding and adoption planning
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and contractual standards
