Temporal Technologies is hiring a Strategic Account Executive, Growth (Digital Native)

About the Role

This role is responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with digital-native companies, guiding them from initial engagement through platform adoption and ongoing growth. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic sales expertise to drive revenue and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within high-growth digital-native organizations
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Lead sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers to demonstrate platform capabilities
  • Understand customer use cases and align them with product offerings
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain up-to-date pipeline records
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff to customer success teams
  • Advocate for customer feedback within product and engineering teams
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers
  • Articulate technical value propositions to non-technical audiences
  • Manage multiple concurrent deals at various stages
  • Use data to prioritize prospects and guide outreach strategy
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's platform architecture
  • Support marketing initiatives by identifying ideal customer profiles
  • Participate in customer onboarding and adoption planning
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and contractual standards

Competitive base salary plus commission and equity
