SentiLink is hiring a Strategic Account Executive, Financial Services

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales initiatives targeting top financial institutions and leading fintech companies. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, guiding prospects through technical and commercial discussions, and delivering tailored solutions that address identity fraud and risk management challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and manage outreach to potential partners, identifying key organizations where our solutions can deliver measurable impact
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to contract close—by aligning internal resources, presenting business cases, and negotiating agreements
  • Build influence across multi-layered organizations, connecting with stakeholders at all levels to drive consensus and adoption
  • Strengthen client relationships post-sale by ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value delivery
  • Represent the company with integrity, consistently reflecting core values in every interaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven success in sales or business development roles
  • At least 3 years focused on strategic or named accounts, particularly within large banks, major fintechs, or Fortune 100 companies
  • Demonstrated ability to execute top-down sales strategies for technically complex products
  • Direct experience selling into financial services or big tech sectors
  • Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, or related technologies—or a strong aptitude for mastering them quickly
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in credit risk, fraud analytics, or other data-driven financial disciplines within consumer or small business banking
  • Technical experience in product, engineering, or related functions

Work Mode

Hybrid role open to U.S.-based candidates. You’ll work primarily remotely with the option to collaborate in person if near one of our key locations: Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram (Delhi), or Bengaluru. We operate as a digital-first organization with strong cross-border collaboration between U.S. and India teams.
