About the Role

The role focuses on acquiring and growing major enterprise customers in the DACH region through proactive outreach, solution positioning, and relationship management, with an emphasis on long-term account expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large organizations
  • Engage with technical and executive stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Present tailored solutions that align with customer objectives
  • Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to demonstrate product value
  • Develop account plans for strategic customers
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Work with customer success teams to ensure adoption and retention
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns for key accounts
  • Manage contract renewals and upsell initiatives
  • Translate customer feedback into product and service improvements
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and reporting standards
  • Build trust through consistent and transparent communication
  • Use data to guide account strategy and prioritization
  • Support cross-functional initiatives impacting customer outcomes
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Maintain deep knowledge of technical architecture and use cases
  • Drive proof-of-concept and pilot programs
  • Facilitate onboarding for new enterprise clients
  • Monitor customer health and identify expansion signals
  • Balance new logo acquisition with existing account growth
  • Operate with integrity and long-term relationship focus

Compensation
