Tide was looking for a Strategic Account Executive – Aerospace & Defence - Sweden

IFS is seeking a senior strategic software business leader to drive growth across key accounts in the Aerospace & Defence market in Sweden. The role involves leading new sales pursuits, expanding existing engagements, and developing relationships across the Nordics A&D supply chain as part of both regional and global teams.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, update, and own the Key Account Strategy for named strategic accounts
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from customer engagement and understanding customer needs and buying processes, through to ownership of the RFI/RFP process
  • Take overall responsibility for customer satisfaction, working closely with IFS service delivery and partner teams
  • Coordinate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal collaboration network and secure appropriate support into the region
  • Lead and coordinate ecosystem partners in support of complex A&D opportunities
  • Engage with executive-level and state-adjacent stakeholders to secure alignment and drive strategic outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Senior strategic software business leadership experience
  • Proven ability to drive growth across key accounts
  • Experience working in or selling to the Aerospace & Defence market
  • Ability to drive the end-to-end sales process including RFI/RFP ownership
  • Experience collaborating with service delivery and partner teams
  • Ability to engage with executive-level and state-adjacent stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise software specifically designed for the A&D market
  • Background in aerospace & defence manufacturing, commercial aviation, defence, fleet and asset management, military logistics, or services and performance-based logistics
  • Existing relationships within the Nordics defence and aerospace supply chain
