Sigma Squared is hiring a Strategic Account Executive responsible for delivering revenue by selling and expanding the adoption of our embeddable intelligence solution across organizations with large front-line workforces. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, operators, and decision-makers, helping customers use machine learning to identify factors driving talent, revenue, and performance outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate accounts from SMB to enterprise.
- Independently identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise opportunities.
- Understand the unique challenges faced by HR/Talent and Operators to position our solutions to address their specific needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing, with a focus on long-term relationships.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, create sales materials, and track performance metrics.
- Play a critical role in the customer success journey to ensure we deliver on client expectations.
- Partner with internal teams to use market/customer insights to inform product decisions and GTM strategy.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to refine your approach.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven success in a self-directed role, particularly within a startup or resource-constrained environment.
- A strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
- A problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

- Deep understanding of Talent Optimization and HR technology trends.
- Experience selling into the Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
