Everseen is hiring a Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Define, develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to win new logos within the North American retail market. Build frameworks for account segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the primary relationship owner and serve as the trusted advisor for key, high value enterprise accounts. You will ensure customers recognize the value of our solutions, manage their expectations, and establish yourself as their trusted advisor for all day-to-day needs and strategic reviews.
  • Expand Our Footprint: Masterfully position our new solutions, EverShelf and EverEagle, into our existing customer base, using sophisticated, ROI-driven SaaS selling methodologies.
  • Build new markets: Identify new markets, alliances, and partnership opportunities to drive new business and customers for Everseen. Collaborate with senior leadership to align market expansion with corporate objectives.
  • Orchestrate the Win: Lead the entire sales cycle, from securing initial Proof of Concepts that demonstrate clear business value to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate to Win: Serve as the 'on the ground' voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Everseen's Product, Engineering, and Operations (Customer Delivery) teams to ensure seamless rollouts and exceptional customer satisfaction. Drive process innovation across business development and account management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS sales role, with a demonstrated history of landing new logos and expanding existing accounts in the North American region.
