Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day IT support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops) and peripherals including printers and scanners
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues (performance, login, connectivity, printing) with minimal downtime
- Install, configure, and maintain essential software, user accounts, and email systems (Outlook/webmail access, permissions, signatures)
- Perform routine system maintenance including OS updates, antivirus management, and preventive health checks
- Support employee onboarding by ensuring system readiness, access provisioning, and required tool setup
- Provide remote support to off-site users and troubleshoot network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS) including basic router, switch, and mesh network support
- Manage IT inventory, document issues/resolutions, and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, procurement, and repairs
