About the Role

JBS USA is hiring a Store Team Lead to play a key role in our store's success in Phoenix, Arizona. You will support store leadership by overseeing daily operations and acting as second in command, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring a personal chef and friendly butcher experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and inventory
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Organize schedules for new hires in the 6-week onboarding program
  • Conduct on-the-job training and lead continuous training programs like Chew on This, Wild Chef, and Product Training
  • Supervise, motivate, coach, and support Sales Associates
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews
  • Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources
  • Communicate with clients, evaluate their needs, and handle complaints
  • Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning to the Commercial team
  • Research emerging products and update store merchandise
  • Create reports and analyze retail data including revenues, expenses, and competition
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines
  • Act as the store’s representative and set an example for the staff

  • Ability to delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure objectives are met
  • Strong skills in training, coaching, and motivating a team
  • Experience with inventory management and retail operations
  • Analytical skills to interpret retail data and propose strategies

Team & Environment
