GNC Holdings LLC is looking for a Store Manager to lead, coach, and support a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including business performance and team development, while representing the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting our Live Well message.
What You'll Do
- Ensure products are merchandised to GNC standards while keeping them easy to see and buy.
- Support the total shopping experience, including visual/operational elements, sales initiatives, and customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
- Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage performance through feedback, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
- Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits per GNC procedures.
- Attend community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, twist below waist and above shoulders.
- Ability to frequently use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to frequently lift up to twenty pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stock room areas.
- Ability to use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
- Must be able to work five (5) days / forty (40) hours a week with specific scheduling guidelines based on store type.
- Must be able to work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.
