About the Role

Motion Industries is hiring a Store Delivery Driver to play a key role in customer service and operations. This position is centered on delivering parts, picking up from vendors, and maintaining inventory, all while representing the NAPA brand. You'll work in a fast-moving, supportive environment focused on finding solutions for customers.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver parts to customers with a focus on building relationships.
  • Pick up parts from vendors and ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked.
  • Maintain and check inventory levels.
  • Consistently prioritize safety while driving and making deliveries.
  • Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maintain the store delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance.
  • Handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns correctly.
  • Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
  • Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.

What We're Looking For

  • Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder.
  • Stamina to stand and walk for an entire work shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
  • Experience handling cash charge transactions and core/part returns appropriately.
  • Experience maintaining a distribution log or tracking system.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
  • Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
  • Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
