Motion Industries is hiring a Store Delivery Driver to play a key role in customer service and operations. This position is centered on delivering parts, picking up from vendors, and maintaining inventory, all while representing the NAPA brand. You'll work in a fast-moving, supportive environment focused on finding solutions for customers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver parts to customers with a focus on building relationships.
- Pick up parts from vendors and ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked.
- Maintain and check inventory levels.
- Consistently prioritize safety while driving and making deliveries.
- Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain the store delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance.
- Handle cash charge transactions and core/part returns correctly.
- Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
- Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
What We're Looking For
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder.
- Stamina to stand and walk for an entire work shift.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
- Experience handling cash charge transactions and core/part returns appropriately.
- Experience maintaining a distribution log or tracking system.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
- Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License.
