TJX Australia / TK Maxx is looking for a Store Associate to join our team in Wendouree VIC. In this role, you will support day-to-day store operations delegated by management and focus on delivering great customer service to drive profitable sales.
What You'll Do
- Carry out day-to-day tasking delegated by the Management team
- Deliver great customer service to drive profitable sales
- Process and flow merchandise, including executing markdowns
- Maintain the store floor, ensuring it is neat, clean, and organized
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service at point-of-sale and operate registers
- Execute merchandise protection standards
- Support gift card sales and strategies
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to the TJX Global Code of Conduct
- Support TJX charity initiatives
