Repwest Insurance (a part of U-Haul family of companies) is hiring a Storage Affiliate Agent - Part Time Remote

U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring a part-time, remote Storage Affiliate Agent to join our team. You'll be the direct point of contact for customers calling specific U-Haul Storage Affiliate locations across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll follow defined guidelines to meet customer needs while ensuring an efficient and seamless experience.

What You'll Do

• Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers of U-Haul Storage Affiliate locations.
• Follow defined guidelines, scripts, and advisories to meet customer needs.
• Facilitate a seamless and efficient customer journey and experience.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of Customer Service or Sales experience in a retail setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a clear speaking voice, strong verbal communication, and active listening.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and efficiently navigate various business software.
• Completion of a job-related assessment is required.
• Available to work between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Arizona time on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Must commit to and work 20+ hours per week, with at least 6 hours on Saturday.
• Availability to work on holidays is required to provide continuous customer support.
• All work duties, including initial training, must be performed from your home address in a private, quiet workspace.
• Child-care and/or dependent arrangements must be made as if working in an office.
• A personal home computer that meets specific technical requirements is necessary.

• U-Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in specified states.
