Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI Trainer specializing in Statistics to help improve Generative AI models. Your domain expertise will be applied to generate training data, correct model responses, and shape how AI understands and communicates complex statistical concepts.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that systematically challenge AI models in the field of Statistics.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge and professional judgment.
- Create training prompts and refine model responses to help shape the future of AI in your field.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, or a relevant area.
- Professional experience in one or more of: Applied Statistics, Bayesian Statistics, Econometrics, Experimental Design (DOE) & A/B Testing, Generalized Linear Models (GLMs), Hypothesis Testing, Machine Learning, Probability Theory, Statistical Modeling, or Time Series Analysis.
- Expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, experimental design, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn.
- A C1 (Advanced) or higher level of English proficiency.
- Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly computationally intensive ones.
- Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
- Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and available time for freelance work.
