ANGEHEUERT GmbH Personalberatung is recruiting an Analytical Engineer (m/w/d) for a successful fashion company in Kitzbühel. You will play a key role in the company's digital transformation, focusing on data-driven decisions for e-commerce, CRM, and omnichannel strategies. What You'll Do
- Develop robust data foundations for strategic and operational decisions in online retail, customer experience, and sales.
- Analyze shop, CRM, marketing, and customer data.
- Conduct performance evaluations for campaigns and channels.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Develop forecasts and KPI models.
- Build and advance a central Data Lake as a single source of truth.
- Harmonize and integrate various data sources like shop systems, CRM, ERP, marketing tools, and POS.
- Conceptualize and implement modern analytics architectures in collaboration with IT and Data Engineering.
- Automate reporting and ensure data quality.
- Promote innovation, AI use cases, and data-driven automation.
- Actively collaborate on transformation projects for the company's digital advancement.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and SQL.
- Initial experience in developing dataflows, semantic data models, and modern data architectures.
- Interest in CRM analysis, customer segmentation, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Enthusiasm for automation, AI-supported analytics, and data-driven innovation.
- Passion for data-based work with an eye for new tools, trends, and AI.
- Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, or Azure Data Services is advantageous.
