Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Statistician and Mathematician to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects for the Department of Defense. In this role, you will evaluate AI methodologies to shape their usage in strategic intelligence and grow skills in continuous auditing, testing, evaluation, verification, validation (TEVV), and AI risk mitigation.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
- Experience developing and applying statistical models and methods to evaluate data.
- Experience working on classified networks and in support of DoD or IC clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing.
- OR 12+ years of experience with the above scientific techniques in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience reviewing and evaluating technical documentation for compliance with applicable standards.
- Experience developing and executing TEVV procedures.
- Experience with multi-INT analytics.
- Experience evaluating AI system performance, robustness, and fairness.
