Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Chemistry Expert to collaborate on projects that improve Generative AI models' ability to handle specialized questions and complex reasoning in Chemistry. You will use your domain expertise to directly influence how AI models learn and communicate.
What You'll Do
- Generate creative and challenging prompts designed to test AI systems.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI responses.
- Correct model responses based on your expert knowledge in Chemistry.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience focused in Analytical, General, Inorganic, Organic, or Physical Chemistry.
- An English proficiency level of advanced (C1) or above.
- Proficiency in Python, with practical experience using libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- A strong ability to design creative, diverse, and computationally intensive problems.
- The readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
- A laptop, reliable internet connection, and availability for a fully remote, part-time freelance role.
