Ashby is looking for a Startup Customer Success Manager - Americas to serve our early-stage customers programmatically. In this mid-level role, you'll build onboarding materials, documentation, and webinars, assist customers directly, and own medium to large projects that are core to our team's operations.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality onboarding materials, documentation, and e-webinars to enable customers to get up and running independently.
- Assist customers via email and customer calls as needed.
- Take ownership of a book of customers as the main point of contact in a shared inbox and on customer calls per SLAs.
- Take ownership of medium and large projects core to the team's operations, such as building in-app onboarding experiences or creating webinar series.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a full-time Startup Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Program Manager.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience supporting a complex and rapidly evolving product (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Acuity Scheduling).
- Recruiting/Recruiting Operations experience as an Ashby user.
Team & Environment
You'll join a team of nine spanning the US, Canada, and EMEA. The Startup Customer Success team is one of five teams within Ashby Customer Success. Our success hinges on hiring great people and creating an environment where we can be happy, feel challenged, and do our best work.
