The Flex is seeking a Startup Builder to construct a company within a company. You will leverage our resources, capital, and mentorship to take an AI-driven venture from concept to global scale. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build MVPs, validate with customers, and have the opportunity to become the Founding CEO of the new spinout.

What You'll Do

Partner with founders and the venture team to identify and validate high-potential business ideas in the AI and automation space.
Design, prototype, and launch MVPs to test market traction and user engagement.
Drive research, interviews, and data collection to validate real customer pain points.
Develop and refine business models, go-to-market strategies, and growth roadmaps.
Operate the project day-to-day, assembling a small, high-performing team.
Take the concept to spinout stage, with the opportunity to become Founding CEO of the new venture.
Work alongside Base360.ai’s in-house product, AI, design, and growth teams to accelerate progress.

What We're Looking For

A builder’s DNA — fast execution, resilience, and a bias toward action.
Experience as a founder, co-founder, or operator, even if the startup failed.
Strong intuition for markets, products, and customer psychology.
Background or deep interest in AI, SaaS, proptech, marketplaces, or automation.
A data-driven mindset balanced with the ability to make bold, intuitive decisions.
An extreme ownership mentality — you don’t wait for permission, you build momentum.
