Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is hiring a Stage HR Talent Acquisition

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Rotterdam HQ. You will be the primary contact for future corporate interns, guiding them through our application process and supporting hiring managers to find the perfect match. This role offers end-to-end involvement in talent acquisition, from attracting candidates to final selection.

What You'll Do

• Guide the full recruitment process: publish vacancies, screen CVs, and conduct online intake interviews.
• Collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to identify the right candidates, partnering with the Talent Acquisition intern in Supply Chain.
• Provide comprehensive recruitment support: schedule interviews, optimize job postings, analyze online assessments, and maintain administrative records.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our employer brand and appeal specifically to Generation Z.
• Assist in developing an effective campus recruitment strategy and help organize events at colleges and universities.
• Propose improvements to make the internship process within the Rotterdam office more efficient and professional.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in a HBO or WO program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You are available starting September 1, 2026 for at least 32 hours per week over 40 weeks.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the People & Culture team and work closely with the Talent Acquisition intern within our Supply Chain department in Dongen.
