About the Role

Family Resource Home Care is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to ensure clients reliably receive the care they need while helping caregivers achieve consistent schedules. In this remote role, you will be responsible for strategic scheduling and real-time decision-making, acting as the vital liaison between our caregivers, clients, and branch teams.

What You'll Do

  • Review caregiver preferences using our Point-of-Care software.
  • Strategically match client needs and open shifts with caregivers based on preferences and client attributes.
  • Optimize scheduling by analyzing data to maximize coverage and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff.
  • Communicate in real-time to notify branch staff of client complaints, concerns, or scheduling changes.
  • Maintain documentation by recording all interactions and updates in the scheduling system.
  • Provide feedback to branch leadership on performance, attendance, and client feedback.
  • Support inbound calls to assist customer service when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare-related scheduling, data entry, or direct patient care.
  • A High School Diploma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical proficiency with scheduling software and reporting systems.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must reside in Alabama, Texas, Tennessee, Nebraska, North Dakota, Mississippi, Nevada, Arizona, or Pennsylvania.

Nice to Have

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Experience in a call center or remote customer support role.
  • Background in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiving.
  • Strong computer literacy.

You will act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff, reporting directly to branch leadership.
