ReWorks Solutions is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to interview, staff, and match ABA therapists and behavior technicians with clients based on availability, client needs, and professional qualifications.

What You'll Do

Interview and assign behavior technicians to clients based on scheduling needs and skill alignment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all cases.
Communicate with families and staff to expedite the initial onboarding process and confirm staff placements.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Support new hires through the onboarding process.
