ReWorks Solutions is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to interview, staff, and match ABA therapists and behavior technicians with clients based on availability, client needs, and professional qualifications.
What You'll Do
- Interview and assign behavior technicians to clients based on scheduling needs and skill alignment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all cases.
- Communicate with families and staff to expedite the initial onboarding process and confirm staff placements.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Support new hires through the onboarding process.

- Empathetic and professional communicator when working with families and therapists.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills to accurately match the right therapist to the right family.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
