Responsibilities
- Serve as the central link between engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals, timelines, risks, and progress.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain multi-team roadmaps, schedules, risk registers, and issue tracking.
- Lead programs related to security, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and high standards of operational performance.
- Design processes and timelines that are scalable, repeatable, and efficient across teams.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness by improving engineering, product, and operational workflows.
- Support the development and expansion of the Technical Program Management function.
