EX Squared is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading complex technical initiatives and delivering high-quality software solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Staff-level or equivalent senior software engineer.
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong track record of leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and make high-impact technical decisions.
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring the candidate to be based in Washington state.
