Agiloft is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack to contribute to the core platform of our enterprise-grade software. You will be responsible for leading complex technical projects and delivering high-quality solutions across all layers of the application.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain features across the full technology stack
- Lead the technical design and implementation of major product initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams
- Mentor other engineers, promoting best practices and high code quality
- Take ownership of critical components, ensuring their scalability and reliability
What We're Looking For
- Substantial professional experience as a full-stack software engineer
- Expert-level proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Expert-level proficiency in modern backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js)
- Deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and data modeling
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to production deployment
- Strong communication skills with a track record of mentoring and collaboration
