This position requires deep technical expertise and leadership in software development to drive architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact solutions across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable software systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and guidance
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and system reliability
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues
- Participate in architectural decision-making and system design discussions
- Ensure alignment of engineering solutions with business goals
- Promote reusability and efficiency across codebases
- Support deployment pipelines and infrastructure improvements
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives and platform-wide projects
- Maintain focus on security, performance, and scalability
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Document technical designs and share knowledge across teams
- Advocate for user-centric engineering solutions
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
